The air filter decompression lubricator should be checked regularly, and the lubricating oil in the lubricator should be replenished in time if it is reduced.

Compressed air oil mist is mainly completed by the lubricator mist, the lubricator is powered by compressed air, the lubricating oil is sprayed into a mist, and mixed in the compressed air, so that the compressed air has the ability to lubricate pneumatic components, at present, the pneumatic control system in the control valve, cylinder and air motor as long as it is by compressed air with oil mist to achieve lubrication, its advantages are convenient, clean, high lubrication quality.

The lubricator must be installed vertically in use, it can be used alone, or it can be used in combination with air filter, pressure reducing valve and lubricator to form an air source adjustment device, so that it has the functions of filtration, pressure reduction and oil mist lubrication.

When used in combination, its connection sequence should be air filter, pressure reducing valve, lubricator and cannot be reversed. When installing, the air source adjustment device should be as close as possible to the pneumatic equipment, and the distance should not be greater than 5m.
