Piston air motor, is a kind of compressed air as energy, pressure energy into mechanical energy power device, after the gas enters, the gas distribution system according to a certain phase, in turn to each cylinder input compressed air, gas in the cylinder expansion for work, push the piston for reciprocating motion, drive the connecting rod and crankshaft journal to make the crankshaft rotary movement. The air motor has the characteristics of easy operation, convenient maintenance, fireproof, explosion-proof, moisture-proof, overload protection and can start with load, and start and stop quickly.
Use maintenance and repair
1. Using dry and clean compressed air, the pipeline system should be installed with a lubricator and an air-water separator (one specification larger than the motor inlet), the mist oil enters the motor with the compressed air, and the lubricating oil is selected 20# or 30# mechanical oil;
2. When the motor is used for the first time, 20# or 30# mechanical oil 2.5Kg should be injected from the oil injection hole, and then 0.5Kg per shift should be refueled, and the lubricator should also be filled with oil, and the flow rate should be adjusted at 80~100 drops / min, and then the motor can be started. After long-term storage, when the motor is started without load, it should be idled for 0.5~1 minute under low-pressure lubrication conditions;
3. After 3~6 months of normal use, the air motor should be disassembled for inspection and cleaning once, and if worn parts are found during the cleaning process, they must be replaced;4. Try to avoid the motor running at high speed without load;
